Second Gentleman Emhoff to campaign in Milwaukee for VP Harris
MILWAUKEE — Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff will campaign in Milwaukee on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
According to the campaign, Emhoff will promote Vice President Kamala Harris' plans for an "Opportunity Economy," which aims to provide everyone with a chance to compete and succeed through hard work and ambition.
The event will take place in Milwaukee. Specific details about the venue have not been announced.
Harris has made several campaign stops in Wisconsin this year. She kicked off her campaign in the state on July 23 in West Allis. Harris also visited Eau Claire on Aug. 7 and Milwaukee on Aug. 20, both times accompanied by Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. Her most recent visit was to Madison on Sept. 20.
