he don't say nothin to me. Maybe if I stop my drinkin and gamblin. I already stopped my womanizin because I'm old and I can't afford the blue pill... After I stopped my woman chasin, I started getting these voices in my head telling me I'm an asshole. Maybe that's Jesus beginning to look better on me. I tell him, the people on D.U. already tell me Im an asshole so He don't have to waste his time.

12. The description is of a stupid, drunken bar fight

It's a shame one life was ended and another, whatever the verdict, will never be the same.

The murder charge will not stand up. Involuntary manslaughter seems more likely. Both the victim and the attacker were white. Unless the attacker has a rap sheet of consequence, he's likely to receive a minimal sentence plus a fine -- that is, if the jury fines him guilty of any of the charges.

Or you would know that A JURY FOUND HIM GUILTY of MURDER!

WTF, dude? It will definitely stand up. The prosecutor used his own words against him.

Edited to add that the attacker couldn't leave well enough alone when the victim left the bar - instead dashing outside after him. Almost all of that is on camera. That's intent right there, not manslaughter.

17. My bad!

My cynicism overtook my reason and I jumped to a conclusion that ran counter to fact. (That's a lot of metaphors in a short sentence, but I think you get my drift.)

I have to say that seeing that older guy in the video certainly corrected the distorted image of him at trial. Appearing in court looking much older and, by inference, milder, weaker than he evidently was, when actually he's a big, dangerous and clearly violent older man, who was bent on unprovoked murder.
