So why is AG Kaul doing nothing about Wisconsin's fake electors?

Is that the legislature tied his hands. Certain kinds of legal maneuvers must be approved by leg. And they were part of the problem.

These fake electors all met in the Capitol the same day the real electors met. That's Dane County.
