MADISON, Wis. —
Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and Michael Gableman agreed to a contract extension Tuesday, extending his taxpayer-funded Republican-led review of the 2020 election.
"Gableman has obviously completed a substantial amount of his investigation, but in his opinion, there’s still other things to do," James Bopp said during a court hearing Tuesday, an attorney for Gableman.
The contract extension runs through April 30 and will focus on continuing to fight lawsuits involving several mayors and election officials.
