absentee and overseas votes, in person same day registration votes and a few other ballot ypes that would automatically be late counted.
Before you jump the Qanon assumption squad that everything happens as fast as a drive thru burger ( approx 4 mins), please wait until the elction is over and the final count is made. I doubt if, the morning after you'll find any county reporting 100%.
