No CV-19 safety protocol enforced at Valvoline in Glendale.

To Whom It May Concern:

I waited in line for an hour to get an emissions test the other day. By the time I reached the front of the line, I was disinclined to leave without going through the test. The person who did the testing was very nice, but she wore no mask or gloves, and at one point she got into the driver’s seat to rev the engine.

One or two of the other technicians wore masks, but the management apparently doesn’t enforce a standard protocol.

I didn't have to wait, but I had an identical experience for emissions test at a Wauwatosa Valvoline. I had mask and gloves, and the car was in the garage for 3 or 4 days after that, so I didn't worry too much about myself. A few were masked up, but I can't really fault the other kids working there, since Wisconsin has no official mandate now. Too bad, and MKE County has more new cases weekly than ever before.
