Poll workers needed for election in November Republican, Democratic parties actively seeking replace

If you'd like to volunteer as a poll worker, contact your local election board. My wife and I have both served as poll workers and volunteers are always needed in any county!

FAIRMONT — Marion County poll workers for the Nov. 4 general election are wanted.

Both Republican and Democratic poll workers are needed for the upcoming election. All poll workers must be registered voters in Marion County and reside in the county limits.

In the 75 precincts in Marion County, each precinct has two Republican poll workers and three Democratic poll workers.

Poll workers will be paid $45 for a training class and $110 for working Election Day. A poll worker’s day may start at 5 a.m. the day of the election in order to set everything up and have everything ready when the first voter comes in. - See more at: http://www.timeswv.com/local/x197380888/Poll-workers-needed-for-election-in-November#sthash.iRuqvFZp.dpuf
