Bruce Harrell named CEO of sustainable clothing maker
What are the qualifications to be a company CEO? For Filium, a sustainable clothing maker, they include being the former mayor of Seattle.
The Seattle-based company on Wednesday named Bruce Harrell as its CEO, six months after Harrell's narrow loss in his reelection bid.
“I am honored to step into this leadership role at such an exciting time for the company and the industry,” Harrell said in a press release.
Harrell replaces Raj Shah, who founded the company with his brother Akhil in 2015 as Ably. Shah is now board chairman.
