If you’re not sure yet how you’re going to cast your ballot in the 2024 presidential election on Nov. 5 and you live in Thurston County, you have the option of using voting drop boxes. There are 30 drop box locations for voters’ ballots across Thurston County. These secure drop boxes, much like mailboxes, are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, during the election season and are emptied by county elections staff daily. Drop box locations will be open to receive completed ballots for the Nov. 5 election beginning in mid-October.
