Kitsap county has no sidewalks anywhere, and only a few roads have street lights. Somehow, we all get by, just a ferry ride away from Seattle. Sinclair wants us all to panic.

I lived near Northgate and later Greenlake in the late 70s to early 80s. There was a dearth of sidewalks in much of those neighborhoods. From what I hear it hasn't changed.

north of Greenwood a few sidewalks were put in over the past few years, but there are still a lot of areas without them, creating a lot of major access problems for folks that use wheelchairs or other assistive devices.

But at least *some* progress has been made.
