With the summer concert season approaching, the Gorge Amphitheatre is set to be transformed into a festival setting for various artists and bands.

The Gorge is an outdoor concert venue that can seat over 20,000 people. The venue is located in the rural town of George above the Columbia River in Washington, just 10 miles northeast of Quincy.

1. I've been there six times for concerts

It’s a stunningly beautiful venue, I’ve even see wild horses on the other side of the river bank once or twice.

A long drive from near the Bremerton area but well worth it.

After the concert it’s party time in the parking lot, sleep may be hard to come by.

2. 5 star venue.

Saw Steely Dan there in ’96. Absolutely perfect. And the camping area was one large party, but not too out of control.
