Persistent problems with the post office continue in western Washington and across the country.
Dennis Fleck, who has been documenting problems with mail delivery at his house and throughout his Bellevue neighborhood, is looking for answers. I had signed up for Informed Delivery and thats how we knew we were supposed to get things on a certain day, Fleck said.
So Fleck knows that on May 7 of last year, greeting cards for his wife were scanned but never arrived in their mailbox. Then, on July 18, he got a notice through Informed Delivery that their primary ballots were on the way.

Neither of their ballots arrived. Fleck wanted to know if they were the only ones this happened to.
