Youngkin appointee Maggie Cleary says admin opposes Democratic bill to make menstrual data private.

In House commitee hearing, Youngkin appointee Maggie Cleary says the admin opposes a Democratic bill to make menstrual data stored in health apps exempt from search warrants.

She says it would set a "problematic" standard and potentially lead to more limits in the future.

Since they are so interested in this subject, I would work diligently to keep EACH AND ALL of them informed about ALL THE LATEST information on my menstruation: the exact date and time it begins and ends, where I was when that happened, and how it LOOKED and FELT and SMELLED, and how often I had to change the pad, and how many pads I had to buy. I do not live in their jurisdiction, but surely they would want to KEEP TRACK OF THE EXACT FULL DATA FOR EVERY AMERICAN WOMAN, just in case one of us happens to TRAVEL OR MOVE INTO THEIR JURSIDICTION, right?

Me.
