Frenship ISD's Bond on the ballot and what each proposition means

Mills first explained proposition A.

“Proposition A simply transfers eight cents from the Interest and Sinking account and moves it into the Maintenance and Operations account,” Mills said.

Proposition B concentrated on growth.

“Proposition B will build two new elementary schools for Frenship, and they are expecting 1000 new students in the next five years in Friendship,” Mills said.

Proposition C was for instructional technology.

“Well 10 million is about what it will take to continue to provide the devices and the updating of the buildings and the technology that is used for the Wi-Fi and things like that,” Mills said.
