Unless there is a state law that generates that limit, they can change them as often as practical. Texas has done it before, in the '90s as I recall.

(34,644 posts)5. The red states are already so gerrymandered, they really can't get much more out of them
Election experts pointed that out pre midterms. The biggest gerrymander was done in 10 and any further redraws arent going to give them any better results.
