We protested after the Uvalde shooting at our State Representative home
This is personal.
According to KHOU TV:
"And miles away in Bay Knoll Park, community members organized a march chanting, “Enough is enough!”
And they protested at the house of State Rep. Dennis Paul reading the names of the Uvalde victims."
Our state rep, Dennis Paul in South Houston is an NRA bitch. He supports every NRA bill that has been filed.
We talked about protesting at his home after the Buffalo shooting but many did not want to invade his private resident. After the Uvalde shooting 25 of us showed up and his neighbors joined us. We left the pictures of the 19 children killed in Uvalde and the 2 teachers. We read off each of those killed then had a moment of silence. Then we left.
It is only a matter of time that another shooting happens and we will return.
