(via USPS) on 9/24 and my vote was marked as ‘recorded’ on 9/30.

They’re really running a great operation in PA this time around! In part of my township where voter turnout is traditionally low, they have a roving ‘voters van’ that assist folks with voting & also collects completed ballots.

I have no doubts about PA!

That is great. I live in Armstrong County and have not received my ballot yet and neither has my daughter. This is about my 5th year of using the mail in ballot.
