U.S. Rep. Kelly (R-Butler) 'unaware' of former top aide's alleged involvement in Jan. 6 scheme

WASHINGTON — The office of U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly denies that the Pennsylvania congressman had any knowledge of his staff member’s alleged involvement in trying to deliver a slate of false electors to Vice President Mike Pence on Jan. 6, 2021, in a last-ditch effort to stop the certification of then-President-Elect Joe Biden’s victory.

The office of Mr. Kelly, R-Butler, who continues to be a proponent of the disproven claim that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, was accused last month by Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson of playing a part in the ultimately unsuccessful attempt to get the fake elector paperwork from Wisconsin and Michigan into Mr. Pence’s hands.

Mr. Kelly’s office denied involvement, saying the lawmaker hadn’t spoken to Mr. Johnson for the “better part of a decade.”

The office now says it has since conducted an internal investigation examining whether staff members were involved, specifically citing former Chief of Staff Matt Stroia, who has been named by Mr. Johnson’s office as the person who had the paperwork.

Oh I see, he hasn't spoken to Sen. Ron Johnson R-WI in almost 10 years? He had no idea what Matt Stroia was up to on January 6th? Yeah, right!

“He was the coffee boy.”

Where have we heard that before? Can’t they come up with some new material?

And we believe anything a repulsive repub says why?
Liars and repubs think they are so clever that they get to reset the history everyday, and that the rest of us don't remember yesterday. AND, we don't get to rely on our own experiences. FUCK YOU DUDE. You insult the intelligence of every decent American who has to have contact w you.
