Pennsylvania liquor stores put 2-bottle limit on some booze. Here's the list

HARRISBURG — Pennsylvania's state-run liquor system will begin rationing sales of a few dozen products on Friday in response to what it describes as supply shortages beyond its control. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board notified license holders on Thursday that two-bottles-per-day purchase limits for customers at state stores, as well as well for bars, restaurants and other license holders, will remain in place indefinitely.
The PLCB said “sustained supply chain disruptions and product shortages” prompted the restrictions on certain types of alcohol. The 43 items on the list of restricted products also will not be available through store-to-store transfers starting Friday. The list of rationed booze — a small fraction of the vast array of items the state liquor system sells — contains specific types of champagne, bourbon, tequila, cognac and whiskey. The rationing will remain in place “for the foreseeable future” and until the supply chain becomes more reliable, the PLCB said.
The Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage and Tavern Association said it will make it more difficult for members to run their businesses. “Supply and labor issues are not helping with recovery” from the pandemic, the business association said in a statement. “We hope the Legislature will take all of this into consideration when they return to Harrisburg. The industry still needs help moving forward.”PLCB spokesman Shawn Kelly said bars, restaurants and other customers were informed of the purchase restrictions on Thursday.

I just heard this on the radio this morning. Apparently this was announced late yesterday afternoon. The list is in the linked article and is 3 pages long (was included as a little embedded applet with arrows to scroll between each page of brands that are being rationed).

Last year when the state stores were briefly closed during the pandemic as "non-essential", PA buyers liked to have a shit-fit and ran to Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland to buy liquor, which supposed to be a legal "no no" (I have heard that cops often sit in the liquor store parking lots in Jersey and Delaware looking for PA plates). 
but I have a feeling that "shortages" are going to expand across all sorts of products as the entire labor force starts to shift.
I had heard there were gas shortages due to a lack of trained tanker drivers and any kind of trucking is a lifeline for getting every type of product to wholesale and retail outlets.
Feels like we may be going into to "an autumn of discontent". 
Philly people go to NJ, DE, and MD all the time and the cops are right there in certain liquor store lots right across the state borders, looking for PA tags.
I just have memories of going into a "caged" store with my parents and there was always a "hush" in there, like it was a library, and to this day, I am traumatized going in one.

When they changed the law here to allow wine and beer in supermarkets and I first saw such in a supermarket not far from me, I was like this - 
It was whoever successfully applied for a (modified) liquor license and the stipulations included being required to have a space set aside in the store with tables and chairs to "imbibe" (and separate designated check-outs for an ID check).
I do live near a bunch of beer distributors so although there was no wine sold in them, people could buy cases or even kegs of beer there (as well as all kinds of snacks).
