1.3B went to the state budget instead of small business relief

Apparently 1.3B remaining in the CARES act intended to support small businesses instead was taken by state legislature Rs to fill a budget gap. According to Senate president Jake Corman that was a better option than raising taxes. People are out work, hungry and desperate, but only not raising taxes, even if temporarily, are the only thing that concerns state republicans.

Disgusting...
