Ok, it's yard signs, but my area is domintated by conservatives and Republicans. It was no surprise to me to see Trump yard signs popping up in front of houses on the routes I usually travel. Then Biden signs started appearing. Just for fun today, I did a count of signs for both candidates along about a 3+ mile stretch of my route. The result? 12 houses had Trump yard signs and 14 or 15 had Biden signs up. TBH, I don't see Biden winning my county, but it might be a lot closer than anyone thinks.

(35,690 posts)I'm in the city of Pittsburgh, and I don't think I've seen one Chump sign. (However I haven't done a lot of driving lately, because of the quarantine.)
My sister lives in Westmoreland County and there are a lot more Chump yard signs on display out her way. However she tells me that there are nowhere near as many now, as there were 4 years ago. My sister also sees a few Biden signs on display - she's in a small suburban development. So it seems like a very good indication that PA suburbs will vote blue this year.

What I've noticed is the houses with Trump signs tend to have more than 1 to advertise, I suppose, their devotion to the cult leader.

(28,394 posts)Saw 27 trump signs (including large ones and flags) and only 3 Biden signs on my way to and from Rt. 30. Im happy you are seeing more Biden signs over your way though. Since we are surrounded by trumpsters, I have not put up a sign.

(16,317 posts)to stroll around a few blocks of our generally conservative Beaver county seat while waiting for a friend to finish with a medical appt. I thought I'd see lots of Trump signs, but to my surprise, homes with Biden signs handily outnumbered those with Trump signs!
The town's local bakery does a "cookie poll" where customers can "vote" by buying cookies with a caracature of either Trump or Biden. So far, it's pretty close. If this is an indicator that Trump will win our county with only a slim margin, he's in trouble since he won the county by nearly 20 pts in 2016.
