Is the President of the U of Oklahoma - David Boren - the father in law of Paul Ryan?

I kinda remember his wife coming from a prominent Democratic family, but perhaps I am mixing apples and oranges..

thus David is her grandfather and Paul Ryan's grandfather in law (if there is such a term..)

So David Boren is her uncle by marriage.

David Boren's first wife was named Janna Little. Dan Boren was her son. She also had a brother named Dan (Little), who was Janna Little Ryan's father.
