Iowa and Ohio tend to vote in lockstep, even though they have slightly different demographics (Ohio has very rural parts, then a few larger urban centers). I think it is possible that one or the other will go (very light) blue early (more likely Iowa, even given time zone), and the other will follow suit. If that's the case, then Trump has lost, because Kamala will probably have picked up North Caroline as well (another state that tends to vote more like Iowa).
