Folks, the guy who wrote this already viral and boneheaded decision has only been a justice for 18 months.
He had no judicial experience at all when his crony the Governor appointed him to the spot.

Worse, rather than run for reelection in the seat to which he was appointed, he is now challenging another sitting justice, the Honorable Justice Melody Stewart--who has 18 yrs of appellate judicial experience, was the first African American woman elected to the court, and

...the first African American Democrat ever elected statewide in Ohio.

And now an unqualified guy appointed by his bud the Gov, the first Justice with no judicial experience in decades, who thinks "boneless" means "full of bones"

...is specifically targeting a colleague on the bench (also an unprecedented move in recent years) who runs circles around him in every way one judicial candidate can run circles around another.
But BECAUSE he makes decisions favoring big business over the little guy,

...by being willing to stretch laws and language so as to make "boneless" mean "with bones," which allowed him to deny a jury trial for a man who was so damaged by an unexpected bone that he required two surgeries, this totally unqualified guy will raise a lot of money

...because if you're willing to do that, you'll pretty much do just about anything--as inane as it may appear
And all that money he's going to raise unfortunately gives a huge advantage to this totally unqualified guy as he takes on the most experienced appellate jurist ..

...on the Ohio Supreme Court, who broke barriers and earned everything she ever achieved.
So...we have a choice, everyone.
We can help this amazing candidate fight back against all this, or we can let the big boys and boneheaded decision-writer win.

Stewart will write the decisions defining reproductive freedom and fair districts for OH in the future, or if that opinion will be written by a guy who sees "boneless" and thinks it means "bone-full".
Because the majority of the court is at stake
