snip-"State Rep. Bob Young allegedly used a GPS tracking device to track a family member's movements after a protection order was issued following his July domestic violence and assault arrest, according to an affidavit filed with Barberton Municipal Court.

Young pleaded not guilty Monday to new misdemeanor charges filed Friday accusing him of menacing by stalking and violating a protection order on July 31. He now faces five total misdemeanor charges."

This guy is working up to a domestic homicides. He keeps getting passes

3. Stalking should not be a misdemeanor when it happens more than once.

When a man like this has been warned, the second offense should automatically be a felony. A third offense should result in prosecution and jail until trial to keep his victims safe.

I’m thinking of the video that was posted on DU recently of the man who started stalking and harassing a young woman when she stopped seeing him after two dates. Stalking is serious, and it needs better penalties to punish and prevent it.
