Given how close things are in that race, this is a BFD.

The Twitter replies are something to enjoy
long article, discussing the editorial board methodology, comparing and contrasting Ryan and Vance.
snip-"A lot is at stake this election as Republicans and Democrats battle for control of the U.S. House and the Senate."
snip-"That person should be capable and willing to represent all of us.
That person should put the good of Ohioans above political aspirations and loyalty to party.
That person is Tim Ryan.
We urge you to vote for him on or before Nov. 8."

The Cleveland Plain Dealer has, also.

(8,620 posts)2. But PD endorsed DeWine and Sec State Yost, both horribly reasoned.

(34,894 posts)6. Did The Dispatch endorse DeWine, too?
irisblue
(34,324 posts)11. I did not see it, but I expect they will myself.

(8,620 posts)10. The state Supreme Court candidates are excellent, Nan Whaley and Cheryl Stevens are
outstanding and the PD did not write one word about DeWines criminal silence as a member of the state redistricting committee. Our democracy stars with fair districts. DeWine was given a pass.

(6,090 posts)3. Who did they endorse for major state races
irisblue
(34,324 posts)7. I don't know yet, I was so gobsmacked by their endorsement, I had to come here first.

(34,324 posts)9. After a look, I don't see any others yet. The Supreme Ct Justices & Issue 1
Are on my watch list.

Oh well I hope its not too late. All week the Dispatch has had coverage of Catholic exorcisms. What in the actual! Im like people, focus on our impending political doom! This is a step in the right direction. Now they need to set DeWine free!!
