Target to open is averaging under 50 new daily cases per day over a 14 day period.

So a lot more improvement necessary. He went on to say it's going to take three things...vaccinations, distancing, and masks. His key message was, in effect, I'm not going to mandate getting vaccines or wearing masks...but if we don't get most folks doing that...we ain't getting to 50 and we won't be able to life all health related constraints.
I hate to say it but, at least on the surface thinking about it for 5 minutes, it sounds like a good plan.
I wonder if he's thinking about switching parties.

(6,935 posts)I just did mine yesterday.
Got an email at about 9:30 that said I was eligible. Downloaded the app, filled in all the details, got an appointment, got a shot...got back to my desk by 11:30.
The site - a church social hall - was run like a military operation. Lots of volunteers, everyone had a job and knew it. Excluding the 15 minute cooling off period, I don't think I was in the place for more than 5 minutes. And everyone I crossed paths with was pleasant and efficient.
I know this a county by county thing but I'm giving Hamilton Co an A+ for this one.
