Apparently, no problems of any proportion, though I understand revenue was down in the core of the city.
Best of all, citizens behaved in a rational way despite likely disagreement with the politics of their visitors.

This praise from an Ohioan at the far southwest corner of the state of Ohio, who has only visited Cleveland once, about 50 years go.

1. Cleveland is looking good. The Cavs, the convention, and the Indians are in first place.

2. Now it is Philly's turn!

There were predictions of riots and disruptions in Cleveland, but the police presence was probably overwhelming. Just a couple of kerfuffles were mentioned on Pittsburgh news outlets. Anarchists burning a flag and some shouting across the barriers.

Once for a celebration and the second for the Republican National Circus.
