And it was only introduced after multitudes were left suffering due to a previous bill led by Republicans that made it illegal to expand Medicaid in NC under the Affordable Care Act.

Hill’s attorneys have sent Lee a letter demanding that he cease and desist.
A political commercial airing almost daily leading up to election day is now the center of a legal battle.

Senator Michael Lee’s Democratic challenger David Hill filed a cease-and-desist order demanding a retraction and apology for campaign ads claiming Hill strongly supports “sex-change surgery” for children.

His lies are all over TV. His wife also lies in her TV advertising for him. She says he's pledged to keep abortion safe in North Carolina. Her husband voted against keeping it legal.

He and she will say anything to get him elected.
