(47,005 posts)Are they just more fluent in medical outcomes that aren't very optimal? Or is this redneck America latency?
Since most are local to their jobs, more or less permanent to the area, I think the latter. I've known a few. Dumb as a suitcase of rocks, but proficient in their skills, thankfully.

Despite the education that these medical professionals have, I've come to the conclusion that they are among the most bigoted people out there--and they get away with it because they are medical professionals.

(4,188 posts)All docs are vaxxed. It is nurses, radiology techs, unit clerks, etc, that are reluctant. Same folks who complain about us having to pay for health care for the lazy indigent and who dont believe in a social safety net, and who voted for Trump frustrating environment to work in.

These are not artsy, grand panorama of history and cultural thought programs. So you get pretty inflexible, conservative output. Free community college for all may help the right more than the left. On the surface, who knew?

He also has four kids with four different women. Was always behind on child support. Tax problems, bankruptcy, the whole schmear. I'm surprised he wasn't at the Capitol on 1/6.
