Hate-spewing Brooklynite admits leaving voicemail threats to snuff a sitting U.S. Senator over her pro-choice beliefs
A Brooklyn man whose pro-life stance apparently excludes politicians pleaded guilty Friday to leaving a voicemail death threat for a U.S. Senator.
Michael Brogan, 51, left his expletive-laden tirade on the voicemail of the unidentified senators Washington, D.C., office on Dec. 4 and was arrested within days. He faces up to 10 years in prison when sentenced by Brooklyn Federal Magistrate Robert Levy for threatening to assault and murder a U.S. Senator.
"You watch your a--, " Brogan said at one point during the unhinged call from his cell phone. If I see you on the streets, Im gonna f---ing light you up with f---ing bullets.
Brogan, in an interview with the Daily News after his arrest, said he made the call in the heat of the moment after hearing the senator criticize President Trump and pro-life supporters. Brogan participated in the annual March For Life in Washington, and mentioned in the voice message that I value the God given right to life.
