I have not read specifics on his proposal but be clear: public employees will be on the losing end.

1. What Christie wants:

1) To prevent repayment of the loans taken by the State from the public pension fund, and
2) To continue to "re-direct" present and future payments from the pension fund to the general fund to close the budget gap, making public workers pay state taxes twice.
