Man caught on video leaving anti-Semitic fliers on parked cars.

October 22, 2019

EVESHAM TWP., New Jersey (WPVI) -- Police in Evesham Township, Burlington County are searching for a man caught on video leaving anti-Semitic fliers on parked cars.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 19 in the Marlton Crossings parking lot. Officers removed approximately 75 anti-Semitic fliers from vehicles. Investigators were able to obtain surveillance video of the suspect.

Police said he matches the description of the suspect from a similar incident on October 11.
Anti-Semitic literature was found on several vehicles parked in the Fleming's Steakhouse parking lot on the 500 block of S. Rte. 73.

Police said patrons had reported seeing an older white male, medium build with a paunch, comb-over hair style, and wearing a teal jumpsuit, leaving the fliers on the vehicles.

IS distribution of such "literature" protected if it does not promote violence? 3Hotdogs Oct 2019 #2
My question as well. White supremacists and Neo-Nazis go door to door around here. Midnight Writer Oct 2019 #3

They leave their odious "literature" on doors, on cars and throw them in yards. People are upset by it, but nobody is arrested.

There are also local Christian groups that posit that Jews are damned by God. And that Black folk are "mud people" or are cursed with he Mark of Cain. Does dressing speech in the cloth of religion make it more legally acceptable?

When is it illegal to pass out flyers in parking lots?

When is it illegal to pass out flyers in parking lots? Strictly speaking, you can usually hand out flyers anywhere that the owner or property manager has given you permission. Sure, this takes up a bit more time but the blow-back could be fierce if you do not....Keep in mind, that putting flyers on people’s cars could get you in some pretty hot water if you don't check the rules first.

The distribution was in the Marlton Crossings parking lot and the Fleming's Steakhouse parking lot.
I don’t think the dirtbag went to the property owner and asked their permission to place a flyer that ties Jewish Hollywood producers to pedophilia and child rape rings. I also don’t think the property owner of a mall and a steakhouse said it was fine to put the literature on their customer’s cars.
