Is Christie's next step to Seton Hall, his alma mater?

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has been in the running for jobs in the Trump administration and as Republican National Chairman, but still has not landed a new gig for when he leaves the his office next January.

Now, the departure of Gabriel Esteban as president of Seton Hall University in South Orange has pundits wondering if a return to his alma mater might be his next career move, Observer.com reported.

Christie received his law degree from Seton Hall in 1987.

He has maintained close ties with the North Jersey Catholic college and was the 2011 commencement speaker when he told graduates to “be a disrupter in the way that your heart and your mind tells you to be a disrupter,” according to the story.
