The trend continues to be ominous for the Dems when it comes to party-switching, as nearly three times as many Dems switched to the GOP as vice-versa in January. And many more Repubs going to indie than Repubs, too.

(17,648 posts)This may be an effort to prevent RWNJs from winning the party nomination. My parents were registered Republicans because that was the only way they got to vote in the primary because there werent any Dems running.

I wonder what's triggering this exodus. Immigration? Anger at Biden, Sisolak, or Dems in general for pushing pandemic restrictions? Supply chain and inflation concerns they're blaming on the Dems?
