MN faculty furious about policy allowing inspection of personal cellphones

MINNEAPOLIS—Two faculty unions are up in arms over a new rule that would allow Minnesota's state colleges and universities to inspect employee-owned cellphones and mobile devices if they're used for work.

Medical professional.... We use a confidential program called Tiger Text.... No one desires to see our phone.

If their work requires the use of cell phones, then the University should provide them.
