The bone of contention? The space between the words on the amendment.

The current court would likely rule 5-4 in favor of allowing the initiative onto the ballot.

... before printing a million copies for signature collection, maybe somebody should have proof-read the thing.
We should have learned about trivial challenges when font-size was challenged a few years ago.
