The militiamen* (*cosplay gun nutz) who plotted to kidnap and execute Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer saw their operation mainly as a backup plan for a much more ambitious “Plan A,” prosecutors say. The plan was to assemble 200 armed “Patriots” who would take over the state Capitol building in Lansing, Michigan, and then hold televised executions of the state officials they took hostage.

200 armed nuts were going to go to the state capitol, take "hostages," kill them in televised murders, and NOT have their brains blown out by either Capitol security, the police or the National Guard?
