Election Commission denies recall petition against Mayor Snider (?)
Caro City, Mich. (WNEM) — The Tuscola County Election Commission denied the language of a recall petition against Caro City Mayor Karen Snider.
On March 5, a recall petition was filed against Mayor Snider by recall sponsor Shane Polega. The Tuscola County Election Commission met in public session, where charges against Snider were discussed based on conduct during her current term in office.
Polega, the sponsor of the recall petition, was not present at the meeting. Polega has 10 days to appeal the election commission’s decision to the circuit court.
