Charlevoix County election results: Over two dozen ballot proposals pass in primary
CHARLEVOIX — Unofficial results from the Aug. 6 primary election are in, and the majority of over two dozen ballot proposals have passed.
Many of the proposals focused on millage renewals for various community services and infrastructure improvements. A referendum in Marion Township proposing an agricultural district be rezoned to accommodate mobile homes was the only ballot measure that failed.
