Far Right Ottawa County Impact Group loses control of County Board

A far right group of Trumpsters took control a few years ago and have been a total disaster costing the county millions in lawsuits and legal fees. They slashed funding for public health, made a mockery of the entire budget process. Their lone accomplishment they're proud of is changing the County motto to something less inclusive.

2. Grand rapids has been blue

Redistricting has allowed us to have proper representation without the dillution of our vote here in the city. My US Congress Person is Hillary Scholten who wouldn't have been elecrted so easily in the old drawing of the district I was in, we were stuck with Justin Amash, a libertarian wrong on every issue but anti Trump.

3. Some one asked me to sign a petition to get rid of property taxes.

I told him taxes are the cost of civilization. I don’t want to live in a state full of dumb asses.
