Exelon, Eversoure to dominate board meeting, March 22

MEDWAY - Plans proposed by Eversource and Exelon are expected to dominate at Tuesday’s Planning and Economic Development Board meeting.

With public interest in the projects anticipated to be keen, the meeting has been moved to a larger venue than the board’s typical location at Town Hall.

The board has already heard Eversource’s plans for two pre-fabricated, 1,920-square-foot buildings at the company’s easement on Exelon’s West Street property.

At the Feb. 23 meeting, the board had some tough comments for Eversource, which was issued a cease-and-desist order after the company began building without a permit earlier this winter.
