Police: two men charged after 'chaos' at Brockton's Vulcan Bar
BROCKTON —
Police charged two men from Springfield and Medford after detectives said the men were “throwing punches” during a chaotic scene at the Vulcan Bar on North Montello Street early Sunday morning.
Officers charged Kevin Louis, of 120 Malen St., Springfield, and Carlens Louis, of 44 Clark St., apt. 1, Medford, with disorderly conduct and affray.
Kevin Louis was also charged with assault and battery. Carlens Louis was also charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, brass knuckles.

“The whole establishment was in chaos, and people were in fear. They were trying to leave,” Sgt. Michael Damiano said as he recounted statements from detectives who responded.
