Occupy Boston agrees to keep meeting
12/11/2011 12:19 AM

By John M. Guilfoil, Globe Staff

With a crowd that fluctuated between 50 and 300, Occupy Boston met last night for its first General Assembly meeting since the dismantling of its tent city.

Organizers said the purpose of the meeting was to decide on the next steps for Occupy Boston, following Saturday morning’s eviction of protestors from Dewey Square. But little was decided except for agreement that the group should continue meeting.

The assembly, as it tends to do, meandered a lot, as several hours of discussion whittled away the group to about 100 when the night was over. In the end, no vote was taken or consensus reached on any future plan of action.
