Look around the forum. Three threads about primary candidates. We've been posting about it since the end of August.

There are people in the world who wake up and don't remember what day it is!!!!!

I'm gonna sit here and look on the bright side of life. You might try it sometime.

I just got home from delivering twenty four--count 'em--twenty four vo-tahs to the polls, and I feel damn good about it. I'm waiting to hear back from two more, and if they found another ride, I'm done for the day.

I'm not going to let your scolding and negativity harsh my happy mood.

How many butts did you deliver to the voting booths?

You're the one on this thread throwing personal insults around.

As I said, if this you in a good mood, please warn me before you post in a bad one. And, again, don't let me deter you in your resolve to avoid me.

And it was negative, and it was mean.

You don't make the decisions about what is "necessary" on this board, either. Plenty of things are "unnecessary"--like jerking someone's chain when all they're doing is trying to get people motivated in a cheerful, Beantown fashion on primary day.

Believe me, I will strive to avoid you in future and I'll heartily recommend that option to others as well.

I post a GOTV message, full of enthusiasm, and you come at me with snark and meanness.

Your reply was a lot more than "we" knew it was primary day. And you know it.

How lovely that you speak for every citizen of MA here on DU, with your "we" and "us."

How many voters did you get to the polls, again?

How many times have you bragged, on this thread alone, about how many you took to the polls again?

This is the second time you've challenged me, yet I still feel no need to explain anything to you.

BTW, you're doing a lousy job avoiding me.

You're putting me down for starting a thread exhorting people to get out there and vote, and bring a neighbor to the polls. You are talking about how "us" and "we" don't need to hear this, as if you are the "decider" regarding what people need to hear, here at DU.

So I ask you, how many voters did YOU get to the polls?

That's not a personal insult, nor is it a "challenge"-- it's a question, a simple and fair question, given the number of put-downs you've aimed at me in this thread.

If you don't want to answer, why, I'll understand completely.

You're right--I am doing a lousy job avoiding you, as you disrupt MY thread. Ain't that funny....

Again, the posts speak for themselves. You are the only one on this thread hurling insults.

If you don't want to answer, why, I'll understand completely.

No, you will come to the wrong conclusion. Yet, I don't feel a need to stop you.

You're right--I am doing a lousy job avoiding you, as you disrupt MY thread. Ain't that funny....

I'm disrupting a thread no one else wanted to post on? You are the one who posted on this thread, many posts ago, that you were going to avoid me. All my posts on this thread after the first are only replies to your posts to me. So, yeah, funny, that.

How many times on this thread have you said how many people you took to the polls? Not bragging, though. Again the posts speak for themselves.

I can't blame anyone for not wanting to post on this thread, after the job you've done on it.

The job who did on it? And you don't think you're hilarious? You're selling yourself short in that one respect, anyway.

Five hours elapsed between my second post and the post where you started insulting me, holding on to your great mood and all. No one posted during those five hours.

And again, there is only one post of mine on this thread that was in response to your OP. After that, all my posts have been in response to something you posted to me.
