OP
News made a statement as Enviromental Officials did not know how it got to the Cape. My money is on the CC Canal Tunnel.
Next controvery is that the Bob Cat will start eating the Piping Plover. Then it will be good bye BOBCAT.

Unless the little dickens swam the canal....?
I was Tongue in Cheek referencing those decals all the locals have on their cars, it is a pass for the Cape Cod Canal Tunnel. All the tourist ask where the tunnel is and how can they get a sticker to avoid the traffic at the Bridges.
Favorite one is: Why can't we shoot them. It is called Tourist Season.
