Open to input regarding ballot questions for Baltimore County.
Just had a quick look at the ballot questions for my local district. They all seem like worthwhile initiatives, though I am always confused about all the borrowing involved. Shouldn't there be money coming from "The Build Back Better" plan?
Always happy to learn from those who are better informed. (Which could pretty much include everybody. 
)
