Dark as heck, and too dark even to walk toward window and see the FULL MOON! Glad I caught it earlier!

1. This is when light from cellphone comes in handy...flashlight handy?? We lose power frequently

3. REMINDS me to keep darn little flashlight beside me! I know where it is,

but can't get to it.

I have a small, old cell phone, so it's usefulness is limited. Now I have residual power in computer, and will spend time with it.

7. Power didn't return until around 8 a.m,

by which time I'd been able to go upstairs and into bed! Getting flashlights positioned NOW!

Oh, wait, yes..East coast gal would love a reason to go cross country ..there was a time I wouldn't hesitate to jump in the truck..an' head on out....

Just a side, I did visit Harpers Ferry once..and a factory building in the area turned into small shops..loved the crashing of the Chesapeake meeting another (don't remember the name of that waterway) waterway..Patomac maybe?? We had friends in Winchester VA who showed us around..

9. Potomac or PATUXENT, the 2d of which is MY river! Come OVAH heah ANY TIME!

My daughter just said I should have called HER! (She lives 7 miles away, and had power; did message my son in law, who's a deputy sheriff so I contact him for 'emergencies!')

About to go 'out' for 'breakfast!
