I DON'T SEE HOW THIS ISN'T A CRIMINAL SUIT FOR THE EVIDENCE BODES STRONGLY ON ABUSE OF POWER AND THREATENING TO WITHHOLD TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR PERSONAL REASONS.
I THINK IN A CIVIL SUIT THERE WILL BE NO QUESTION HE WILL RECEIVE DAMAGES EQUAL TO HIS SALARY AND IT SHOULD BE THE SALARY HE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS.
AND IF THE STATE HAS TO PAY IT THEN THEY CAN RECOUP IT FROM THE RETIREMENT CHECK
THE GOVERNOR SHOULDN'T RECEIVE!
RE READING THIS I THINK THE SOLUTION LOOKS LIKE A REPUBLICAN MIGHT HAVE INFLUENCED ME
