Obscenity Under Control in Kansas

Reflects the traitor governors personality....Instead of worrying about
funding schools..and all the other agencies that have lost with big
sam's reduction of Kansan's way of life...it concentrates on the evils
of eye candy. meh!

A fashion manifesto issued by Secretary Sam Williams, appointed by Gov. Sam Brownback in December, declared employees who met face-to-face with customers couldn't expose people to “obscene or offense tattoos or facial or body piercings.” The policy stipulates clothing with a deep neckline may be worn only with a “non-revealing shirt underneath.” Nobody in the department may wear jeans, T-shirts, hats or athletic shoes at the office without special permission.
